How many revisions are included?
Starter includes one round of strategic revisions, Growth includes two, and Scale includes three. Revisions are scoped to refine the chosen direction — not to re-brief a new concept.
Do you create custom concepts for every project?
Yes. Every package starts with a discovery call, an audience and angle exploration, and a creative brief tailored to your brand. We don't recycle templates between clients.
How long does delivery take?
Starter ships in five business days, Growth in seven, and Scale has priority delivery in five. Larger custom engagements are quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Can I request additional creatives mid-sprint?
Yes — additional creatives can be added at a per-unit rate. We'll quote the add-on inside the same sprint so the strategy stays consistent.
Do you offer monthly retainers?
Yes. Brands running consistent paid spend usually convert from a Growth or Scale sprint into a monthly retainer after the first engagement.
What do you need from us to start?
Brand guidelines, product imagery (or shoot access), a read of what's currently running, and one decision-maker who can sign off on the angle. We handle the rest.
